By accessing or using AppShotPro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppShotPro is an AI-powered tool that generates App Store and Google Play promotional screenshots. The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence providers — including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Replicate — to generate text prompts and images on your behalf.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your app when using the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that generated screenshots comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines before submission.
• You must not use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing material.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (app icons, screenshots, mascots). You are granted a perpetual, worldwide license to use any images generated by the Service for your commercial purposes. AppShotPro does not claim ownership of generated outputs.

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of AppShotPro.

5. Third-Party AI Services

The Service relies on the following third-party AI providers to generate content:

• OpenAI — used for generating structured text prompts and analyzing screenshot content.
• Google Gemini — used as the primary image generation engine.
• Replicate — used as an alternative image generation engine (Nano Banana Pro model).

Your inputs (app name, description, uploaded images) may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your screenshots. We do not control how these providers process data beyond their published terms. By using the Service, you also agree to comply with the terms of service of these providers where applicable.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All images and text produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. Results may vary in quality, style, and accuracy and are not guaranteed to be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. AI-generated outputs may contain unintended elements, inaccurate representations, or content that does not precisely reflect your app's functionality. You are solely responsible for thoroughly reviewing all generated content before using it in any context.

AppShotPro makes no warranty, express or implied, that any generated asset will meet the review guidelines of Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other distribution platform, now or in the future, as those guidelines may change at any time without notice.

7. App Store & Platform Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that AppShotPro is a creative tool only. The Service does not evaluate, audit, or guarantee compliance of generated assets with the policies of Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other third-party platform.

AppShotPro shall not be responsible or liable for any of the following outcomes arising from your use of generated content:

• Rejection of your app or app update by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other distribution platform.
• Removal, delisting, or suspension of your app or developer account by any platform.
• Any penalties, sanctions, or enforcement actions taken against you or your app by a platform or regulatory body.
• Loss of revenue, users, rankings, or visibility resulting from such actions.
• Any claims by third parties relating to the content of generated screenshots.

It is your sole responsibility to review all generated screenshots against the current guidelines of each platform before submission and to ensure that the content accurately represents your app's actual functionality. If you are uncertain whether a generated asset complies with platform policies, do not submit it.

8. Credits and Usage

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when screenshots are generated. Credit balances are non-transferable and may expire according to the plan terms at the time of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppShotPro, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service or any generated content, including but not limited to:

• App store or platform rejections, removals, or account suspensions.
• Loss of revenue, profits, users, or business opportunities.
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable AI-generated outputs.
• Reliance on generated content without independent review.
• Any third-party claims relating to generated content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service or its outputs is to discontinue use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
